The following numbers are posted in millions of dollars:
[glow=red,2,300]FRIDAY JULY 14[/glow] 1) The Family Guy Movie - $12.89 2) The Undertaker - $10.18
[glow=red,2,300]SATURDAY JULY 15[/glow] 1) The Family Guy Movie - $14.23 2) The Undertaker - $11.30
[glow=red,2,300]SUNDAY JULY 16[/glow] 1) The Family Guy Movie - $10.96 2) The Undertaker - $8.69
[glow=red,2,300]WEEKEND TOTALS[/glow] 1) The Family Guy Movie (Charles Productions) - $38.08 2) The Undertaker (Star Films) - $30.17
Overall, an impressive weekend for our two leading films in the game. The Family Guy saw a substantial increase from Friday to Saturday, and a smaller dip from Saturday to Sunday, indicating potential for strong legs over the next few weeks. It opened at #1, averaging $10,419 per theatre to $38.08 million.
Star Films' The Undertaker placed second next to the comedy juggernaut, earning $30.17 million. With favourable reviews and a friendly PG-13 rating, look for this film to do well on the weekdays with its teen audience.

Not bad numbers. Fairly solid for both movies. Even if Family Guy drops to $11.5 on Sunday, it still can reach $100 million. Actually, I'm not thinking straight...I'm gonna go off for the night and look again in the morning.

Great weekend for both companies. Your accounts will be awarded accordingly.

Looks like Family Guy is almost a lock for $100M (unless its legs really suck). Undertaker could still get there. It will be interesting to watch.

Family Guy has a chance seeing it's number stayed high, but Undertaker will fall just short from it.

Pretty good for my film, The company will definately come out positive from it, but the amount of profit is still unknown.
Props to Star Films, they had a good weekend, and stayed good competition.
