i expected "One size fits all" to be a moderate hit (opening around 10 m)...with a good multiplier (which can be expected since this is a date movie) and decent legs, this can still be in the black at the end of its run...
but expect fury next week when "Transfer of power" hits theaters!!!

Sorry about that. I'll talk to mpaa. He hasn't rated anything the last while. Haha, you could release an "unrated" movie and you wouldn't get in trouble!

MPAA hasn't rated movies in a while, so the content listed for the films was the basis for what the "probable" rating would be, which transferred accordingly into the box office results.
Saturday numbers will be posted in about 1 minute.

The weekend totals are here!
Taking no one by surprise, The Eyes of the Dragon held the #1 spot for the second weekend in a row with $32.19 million. The film saw a fairly steep drop of 54% in ticket sales from last week, but that didn't stop it from crossing the $100 million mark on Friday. It's accumulative total now stands at $131.14 million, making it the #1 movie of the year.
Victoria Pictures' romantic comedy The Not-So Blind flattened the week's new releases to open at the top of them with $24.2 million. With no other romantic comedies hitting theatres in the near future, look for solid holds over the next few weeks.
Opening in third with $17.52 million was Night Turtle Films' thriller San Francisco Midnight. Although the film grossed significantly less than the top new release this week, its per theatre average of $6,371 is only $350 short of The Not-So Blind.
Meanwhile, the staff at Charles Productions continues to celebrate with The Family Guy Movie. Dropping only 33% from last week, the film earned another $15.41 million over the weekend and in doing so, crossed the $100 million mark. If decent drops continue, Stewey and Co. are looking for a final total well over the $150 million mark.
Genious Pictures' Love Lost fell hard in its second week, despite opening much stronger than many expected. Although it managed to earn $14.1 million this weekend, it suffered a 55.5% drop, almost unheard of for a romantic drama in its second weekend. Many are suspecting that although audiences saw the film and appeared to have enjoyed it in its first weekend, its 3-hour running time and violent and serious plot may have kept audiences away over the summer.
Tourists dipped a respectable 49% in its second weekend, and managed an additional $13.03 at the box office. The film has now earned back its budget and is looking to earn Coda Productions a nice little profit.
While Charles Productions celebrated over their first release this summer, they aren't over their second release. 4% Famous opened well below everyone's expectations, managing only $10 million over the weekend. Although the number is respectable on its own, many had pegged the film to open closer to the $14 million range. The coming weeks will be key for the film's success.
Star Films' The Undertaker fell only 40.9% in its third weekend to earn $9.45 million at the box office. With $79.06 million already in the bank, the film is still looking ahead to finish over the $100 million mark.
Finally, Exit Productions' debut film One Size Fits All opened in under 1,800 theatres but still managed a decent $7.4 million opening. The film was well received among audiences and should perform well in the upcoming weeks.
Next weekend seems to be almost unpredictable as another crowded list of films enters the marketplace. Although Redstar is poised to take the top spot, it will be tough to find audiences for the remaining twelve films in theatres next week.
